The production process of shoes can be divided into material selection, cutting, sewing,bonding, packaging and other process.
1. Material selection
Choosing the raw materials of shoes is the first step in shoe production and different shoes need to use different materials. For example, sports shoes need a soft upper and a supportive sole; Leather shoes need to choose high-quality leather and dye the leather.
Step 2 Cutting
Cutting is the selection of raw materials according to the shape and size of the shoe to cut out different shoe parts, such as upper, sole, insole, etc. When cutting, pay attention to the utilization rate and direction of the material.
Step 3 Sewing
Sewing is the stitching and sewing of the cut parts, usually using a sewing machine and hand sewing needles. When sewing, pay attention to the strength of the thread, the comfort of the shoe and the appearance of the upper.
4. Bonding
Bonding is to stick the upper and sole together, generally using glue or hot melt adhesive. When bonding, pay attention to the degree of fitting and the amount of glue used in each part.
Step 5: Packing
After production, the shoes need to be packaged, mainly to protect and beautify the shoes.Packaging usually includes shoe boxes, shoe bags and various labels.
